| 1.The compensation for the expropriated land |
| (1) Natural person | 1. (2)Inheritor

| 2. Genealogical list of inheritance. | According to the related provisions of the civil code, the inheritors who apply to receive the compensation make the genealogical list of inheritance. According to the provisions of Paragraph 3 of Article119 of The Land Registration Regulation, they shall note with the words: "If any error or omission in registration causes damages to others, the applicant will be liable for legal responsibility" and affixed with signature or seal. |

If it is not true, the applicant will be liable for legal responsibility" |

| (4) The clan association of ancestral worship | 1.Certificate of the manager's qualification, stipulation or the member's register | Shall be reported to the Civil administration for record. |
| 2. The members' agreement certificate | Manager shall hold a member's conference when the member proposes objection and receive the compensation according to the decision by majority. It shall be submitted when the manager has not been elected and authorized by all members. |
